A placement assessment report by the supervising teacher commenting on my professional practice during my final prac, demonstrating my enthusiasm to engage with colleagues for improved classroom management and reporting practices. 
Classroom management was one of the significant areas that continuously improved throughout my placement, with reflection and collaboration with supervising teachers. Transitions, which are significant components of classroom management, became quick and smooth by incorporating ongoing reflection and feedback from supervising teachers. 
Moreover, collaboration around reporting practices to parents reaffirmed my own beliefs about effective communication with parents. Specifically, suitable discussion patterns and appropriate choice of words, particularly when reporting an area of improvement for the student, always starting with a positive statement. I then consciously practised skills around positive communication in parent-teacher interviews and writing comments for final reports.
